Are you ready to get back to basketball?  Looking to improve your game while staying safe?  Now you can stay home and workout with our new Zoom online basketball program.  Download the Zoom App (Click button below for instructions) and be ready to join our weekly home workout sessions. In this program players can work on their overall game through various drills and workouts while receiving live coaching and feedback from our clinicians.  Signup for one of our bundle packages below.

  • How to Access Zoom Workouts
    • Click on the “Sign Up Now” button to register for a bundle.
    • Select the week(s) you would like to attend.
    • After you’ve completed your registration, you will receive an email the morning of your session from SVNJB with a Zoom link (www.zoom.com) to your class.
    • Click on the Zoom link to be directed to the live stream.
    • Download Zoom, create a FREE Zoom account and enter the Meeting ID included in the email to access the class. (You may create a FREE Zoom account at any time prior to your session) (www.zoom.com)
    • If this is your first time using zoom, be sure to arrive to class 10 minutes early to have questions answered.

ABOUT THE WEEKLY WORKOUTS

Each day will have a different focus.  Our clinicians will walk players through various drills and workouts to help them strengthen their skills and improve on various aspects of the game like ball handling, shooting form, footwork, defensive fundamentals, isolation moves and more.  Limited spots available per week.  Sign up today to reserve your spot.


WHAT IS NEEDED FOR THE WORKOUT:

All you need are 1-2 basketballs and a water bottle

Each week players will have the following workouts...

Ball Handling Workout

Mondays & Thursdays

On Mondays and Thursdays, players will work on their ball handling skills.  They will go through a variety of drills & workouts to improve hand eye coordination and overall ball handling ability while adding/improving on new moves to their game.

Shooting Essentials Workout

Tuesdays

On Tuesdays, players will work on their shooting essentials to improve their form, base, release, and more.  While learning to incorporate various shots into their skills set like step backs, fade aways, pull up jumpers and more.

Complete Player Workout

Wednesdays

On Wednesdays, players will work on all aspects of their game by learning defensive fundamentals, proper footwork, correct positioning for offense / defense while including drills to strengthen each players body and game.
