TEAMS/PLAYERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO REGISTER AS SOON AS POSSIBLE BECAUSE REGISTRATION MAY CLOSE BEFORE DEADLINE IF LEAGUE REACHES CAPACITY

COACH REGISTERS TEAM
Pre-Form Coaches or Team Managers must register the team online prior to Pre-Form Players registering.  After the coach registers the team, players can register to the team the coach/staff has created online.

PLAYER REGISTERS TO TEAM COACH CREATED

To register as a pre-form player, make sure your coach gives you:

Coach Name, Division, Team Name, and (most important) does your team NEED or HAVE uniforms?
